At Limoges Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your personalized or fashion jewelry does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of the ship date for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place your jewelry in its original packaging, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and promotional materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
